How fast do I get my items?
Instantly while you're online. If you're offline, ranks and tokens are applied right away and items are handed over on your next login.
Does this work on Bedrock / mobile?
Yes. Enter your Bedrock name exactly as it appears in-game (with the leading dot, e.g. .Steve).
Do I keep my rank after a season reset?
Ranks, cosmetics and the Founder tag are permanent. Keys, tokens, slots and items belong to the season you bought them in.
Can I upgrade my rank?
Yes – the store automatically charges only the difference between your current rank and the new one.
Refunds & chargebacks
Digital goods are delivered immediately, so purchases are final. If something doesn't arrive, contact support with your username and the Tebex order ID – we fix it within 24 hours. Chargebacks lead to a permanent ban.
Is buying required to compete?
No. Everything in the store drops in-game: keys from votes and dungeons, tokens from bosses and the AFK zone, slots from the Jackpot crate and rebirths.
